I was initiated into the Phi Chapter at South Dakota State University while I was working on my master’s degree and picking up undergraduate coursework to become a registered dietitian. I am an Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee at Martin where I have been the advisor for the Beta Sigma chapter since it was reactivated in 2016. Mentoring students and participating in community service events alongside of my chapter advisees is something I really enjoy.
